Hall Skåra is 63 year old PH (Pulmonary Hypertension) patient from Norway. He was diagnosed in 2005. He has a degree in computer science and worked in the computer industry until his PH diagnoses. He then started and ran a PH association in Norway and later joined the staff at PHA Europe. He has, among others, been in charge of helping establishing new PH associations in Europe and help them mature.
